We are amazed at the work of Dave Hill. The photographer manages to create a rather complex narrative within each of his images. Kate MacDowell is a talented sculptor working in porcelain. According to her artist statement she often starts with a solid block of porcelain and works by extraction, hollowing and removing material to create her beautiful and delicate designs. Now this is something to get excited about! One of our favorite artists James Jean and Pressure Printing have teamed up to make this unbelievable intaglio print. This exquisite print is 29” x 16”, with a paper size of 36” x 23”. Two color plates were used, and on the special edition, artist James Jean has hand colored certain areas to really bring this piece to life.
